1:00PM - 4:30PM
Girls Teaching Girls to Code will be hosting our annual Brain Busters puzzle hunt for 48 high school girls in the Bay Area on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 1:00PM - 4:30PM at Stanford University!
Students will work in randomly assigned teams of four to solve brain teasers, crack mysterious codes, and exercise their leadership skills. The puzzles, written by the GTGTC mentors, are all related to concepts in Computer Science and will help students practice the kind of critical thinking that is often used in programming and CS.
Note: we will be doing some of the same activities from Brain Busters 2017 and Code Camp 2017. Priority will be given to girls who have not attended one of these events.
Applications are now open and are due Monday, 11/19 at 11:59:59 PM: http://bit.ly/brainbusters2018
